WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US  

At SimCorp, a Principal Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-level business consulting services to clients, with a focus on optimizing operations and driving strategic improvements. This role involves providing expert advice, identifying business opportunities, and implementing solutions that align with client needs and organizational objectives. This role collaborates closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business strategies, manage complex projects, and enhance client satisfaction.  

  

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR  

  • Lead the delivery of business consulting services, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client objectives and business strategies  

  • Analyze client needs, identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvements  

  • Develop and deliver strategic business recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals  

  • Lead complex consulting projects, managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, execution, and client communication  

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define business requirements and develop tailored solutions  

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing expertise and ensuring the successful execution of business consulting projects  

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices to enhance client outcomes and service delivery  

  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes  

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through effective service delivery and results

  • 10+ years of experience autonomously driving complex programs

  • Ability to work on-site 2x per week and travel to client sites as-needed

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $148,640 - $222,960 USD . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
