Company Overview

Arcesium is a global financial technology firm that solves complex data-driven challenges faced by some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions. We constantly innovate our platform and capabilities to meet tomorrow’s challenges, anticipate the risks our clients encounter, and design advanced solutions to help our clients achieve transformational business outcomes.

Financial technology is a high-growth industry as change and innovation continue to disrupt the status-quo and prompt major transformation. Arcesium is at a particularly interesting time in our own growth as we look to leverage our successfully established market position and expand operations in pursuit of strategic new business opportunities. We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.

Position Summary

Arcesium seeks a Principal Solution Architect to join our Client Success, Solutions and Services (CS3) team. CS3 works directly with clients to define requirements and success criteria, then coordinates with Arcesium engineering, product, and finance teams to deliver results efficiently and transparently. Our projects span urgent critical incidents, relationship management, and long-running client-initiated engagements across their full lifecycle.

As a Solution Architect, you will own outcomes, not just tasks. The role is hands-on: you are expected to understand the technical and financial details of your projects, read platform code, write API examples, and perform in-depth data analysis. You will represent Arcesium in technical discussions with clients, which requires detailed knowledge and accurate communication.

This is a high-visibility role - your work will be noticed by our clients and senior management.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement solutions that will help integrate the Arcesium platform with client workflows and unlock scale.
  • Identify, track, and resolve blockers across engineering, product, and client teams, escalating risks early and always maintaining forward momentum.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted point of contact.
  • Lead project meetings, driving alignment across technical and non-technical participants through deep understanding of the problem space and proposed solutions.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve resilience, and support long-term operational scalability.

What You'll Need:

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to form trust quickly and maintain productive working relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • A proven track record of unblocking complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams and driving them through to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain detailed tracking, and anticipate risks before they become issues.
  • Strong functional knowledge of middle and back-office technology platforms, including an understanding of how workflows, integrations, and system components fit together.
  • Strong meeting presence with the ability to command a room, articulate complex problems clearly, and drive alignment across technical and business audiences.
  • The ability to be self-motivated and to think independently while being a team player.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $170,000 - $200,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.

The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
