Build and deploy production-grade AI agents, workflow automations, and internal applications that improve enterprise processes. Partner with business, operations, engineering, and security teams to identify use cases, design reliable agent architectures, prototype with LLMs and agent frameworks, measure impact, and drive adoption. The role requires strong systems engineering, API, data, and workflow design skills, along with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Lead product strategy and go-to-market planning for an agentic AI platform. Translate client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights into AI roadmap priorities, use cases, launch narratives, and executive materials. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Communications, while representing the company with clients, analysts, industry groups, and technology partners.

Drive new business growth by selling complex fintech solutions to hedge funds and institutional asset managers. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure, lead deal teams, negotiate customized commercial structures, develop client relationships, and participate in conferences and marketing initiatives.

Lead corporate strategy and M&A activities: source and evaluate deals, run due diligence and transaction execution, prepare board-level materials, coordinate cross-functional integration, and design growth initiatives and investment approaches to expand Arcesium's market presence.

Design, build, and operate reliable infrastructure services on AWS and Kubernetes. Own subsystems, automate tooling to reduce toil, apply modern tooling and GenAI where appropriate, improve developer experience, and drive infrastructure reliability, observability, and efficiency across the organization.

Lead Engineer on the Developer Experience team responsible for building and operating SDLC and observability systems, integrating GenAI across the development lifecycle, improving CI/CD and source control, enabling feature flagging and progressive delivery, and driving metrics and process improvements to maximize developer productivity and satisfaction.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex contract portfolio (SaaS, professional services, data licensing, software and vendor agreements). Draft, review, negotiate, and escalate legal and commercial terms; maintain a centralized contract repository and track obligations and renewals. Lead legal operations initiatives, evaluate/implement CLM tooling, advise internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with senior stakeholders on contract risk and strategy.
