The Client Success Manager serves as a strategic partner for clients, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes by effectively utilizing Arcesium's solutions while building strong relationships and providing insights.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex contract portfolio (SaaS, professional services, data licensing, software and vendor agreements). Draft, review, negotiate, and escalate legal and commercial terms; maintain a centralized contract repository and track obligations and renewals. Lead legal operations initiatives, evaluate/implement CLM tooling, advise internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with senior stakeholders on contract risk and strategy.

The Marketing Events Manager will plan and execute global events, manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics, and evaluate performance to drive ROI for Arcesium's events.

The Sales Executive will drive sales growth by managing the sales cycle, developing leads, and negotiating complex deals with hedge funds and institutional asset managers, while contributing to market engagement initiatives.

Provide administrative support to two executives for a 6-month assignment, including complex calendar management across time zones, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense tracking and reconciliation, budget tracking, event coordination, and ad-hoc project assistance while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Lead the execution and commercial alignment of the UBOR product. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and ensure alignment with client needs.
