  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain high‑quality presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and materials for management reviews, client meetings, and other senior‑level forums.

  • Support business management activities such as organizational planning, maintaining and updating organizational charts, reporting, and operational documentation.

  • Act as a liaison across departments to facilitate information flow, interpret and apply policies or guidelines, and coordinate initiatives on behalf of senior leaders.

  • Handle matters of a highly confidential and critical nature, exercising sound judgment and maintaining strict discretion.

  • Manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously, identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Navigate the firm effectively by interfacing with internal partners (e.g., Legal, People, Compliance, Technology) and external contacts and vendors.

  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior administrative staff and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.

  • Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including availability outside standard business hours when required.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience and Education

  • 5 - 7 years of progressively responsible administrative, executive support, or business operations experience, preferably within an investment management or professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior‑level leaders and managing complex, high‑visibility responsibilities with a high degree of independence.

  • Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong judgement and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and develop practical solutions.

  • Proven ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Demonstrated project management capability, including tracking milestones and driving outcomes.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Salesforce, reporting, or collaboration tools preferred.
