Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Private Wealth Business Development team in expanding our analytics, reporting and business management capabilities. This role, will have a variety of responsibilities and will work in close coordination across Private Wealth & Blackstone teams to:

  • Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of key initiatives
  • Create measurement frameworks for global initiatives with relevant KPIs
  • Assist in global strategic planning and business management routines
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts
  • Drive best practices around data management, including proactive efforts to ensure data integrity and quality control
  • Support management of datasets and tools to enable efficient, effective and accurate reporting
  • Consolidate, organize and manage information from numerous internal and external sources
  • Collaborate with technology, data and platform teams to monitor performance of data feeds and coordinate resolution as needed
  • Act as a sales consultant across global sales channels, drawing actionable conclusions from complex data sets and presenting them concisely

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, entrepreneurial have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

The successful candidate must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management or other related business experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and Proficiency across Tableau and Salesforce
  • Strong academic record
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Entrepreneurial, able to operate independently once adequately trained

Expected annual base salary range:

$125,000 - $150,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
