This role is in office Monday to Friday.
The Role:
The Analyst will support the Private Wealth Strategy team and play a key role in executing strategic initiatives for the business. The team is focused on driving long-term growth by unlocking untapped pools of capital, developing innovative product solutions, and expanding access points geographically and across channels. This role offers significant exposure to senior leaders within Private Wealth and across the broader organization. The Analyst will play a hands-on role in supporting the team’s growth objectives and day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives, market expansion, and product development.
Prepare presentation materials, reports, and status updates for senior leadership.
Assist in project management by tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and coordinating cross-functionally across the business.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy discussions.
Support the execution of partnership opportunities, new business pitches, and internal process improvements.
Contribute ideas to enhance the division’s offerings and client solutions.
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, or related fields. Knowledge of alternative investments/private markets is a plus.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; comfortable working with data and financial models.
Effective communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
High ethical standards and professionalism and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Resourceful and self-motivated.
Eager to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $85,000 to $95,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
