The Producer will be responsible for the execution of critical daily and weekly production tasks, including:

  • Editorial Preparation: Supporting editorial team by preparing research, detailed outlines, and interview questions for both shows.
  • Production Lead on “Bird’s Eye View”: Directing recordings, liaising with host, driving editorial evolution, and supporting connectivity between “BEV” and “A Touch More.”
  • Media Management: Sourcing and managing necessary visual assets, including pulling B-roll footage and images, ensuring they align with editorial and legal guidelines.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Managing the logistics for production, including scheduling and managing recording sessions for hosts and guests
  • Ad Integration: Ensuring timely and accurate integration of sponsored content, including coordinating with ad operations teams, managing ad reads and placement within episodes.
  • Post-Production Support: Executing the foundational assembly edit by producing rough cuts/assemblies for review; writing episode descriptions and titles
  • Quality Control & Delivery: Performing comprehensive quality control (QC) checks on final episodes and managing the workflow for uploading and publishing content across all relevant platforms (YouTube, Megaphone, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Supporting lead producers in coordinating with host talent, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Social Media Clipping: Assisting in topic generation, editing, and QC of weekly social media clips
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 3+ years experience in digital content production, journalism, or a related field.
  • Hands-on familiarity with video and/or audio editing software and production workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A foundational understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, podcasts, social media) and what drives engagement
  • Strong familiarity with collegiate and professional women’s sports leagues (especially WNBA and NWSL) and the big storylines around the intersection of sports and culture – specific fandoms appreciated but not required
