Why This Role Matters Now

Where you'll create impact
  • Own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform - from web to mobile

  • Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces

  • Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma

  • Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often

  • Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability

  • Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve our product development speed

What sets you up for success
  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency

  • 6+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end

  • Experience leading design functions and teams

  • Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems

  • Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail

  • Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript

  • Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions

  • Bonus if you have experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools

Compensation & Benefits
  • Equity: $50,000 - $75,000

  • Base salary: $150,000 - $225,000
