- Actively research, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve all aspects of the software development process—from ideation to handoff.
- Create AI-consumable resources that drive high-quality design execution such as Figma Make Kits, skills, and guideline docs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and timelines to deliver polished outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, plus four to seven years of experience in UI/UX design and a track record of delivering high-quality work across platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including hands-on experience with auto layout, components, slots, variables and semantic tokenization, and design system management.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for and experience with AI-powered design workflows, such as Claude and Figma Make.
- Exceptional attention to detail, from system-level architecture to pixel-level refinement.
- Ability to manage several projects at once and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to leadership.
- Proven ability to design complex systems involving multiple user types and workflows, and to clearly articulate design rationale.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $130,000 to $170,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
