GovDash helps businesses win and deliver government contracts that advance American interests.

Our AI platform is a single, secure, workflow-driven system for the full contracting lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and capture through proposal execution, award, and post-award operations.

In 2025 alone, GovDash customers won more than $5B in government contracts. We’ve raised $42M to move faster on product and scale GovDash nationwide.

About the Role

We’re looking for a product designer with strong taste to work directly with engineers to make complex workflows feel simple across GovDash. You should care about how AI fits into product experiences and know how to create a consistent, cohesive design across product areas.

You’ll work with the CEO and engineering team to shape the product and set the design culture at a company solving a massive, underserved problem.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead design for core product initiatives across our capture, proposal and contract clouds

  • Collaborate with engineering to define scope, user flows, and UX patterns

  • Build and maintain a design system that balances speed with scalability

  • Conduct user research with customers to validate assumptions and refine solutions

  • Translate ambiguous problems into structured, elegant and simple interfaces

  • Ship fast, iterate based on feedback, and own outcomes

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products

  • Strong portfolio showing UX thinking, systems design, and visual polish

  • Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating closely with engineers

  • Bias toward action and clarity - can make decisions with incomplete information

  • Experience in early-to-mid stage startups

  • Bonus: familiarity with govtech, compliance, or AI/ML interfaces (not required)

Why Join Us
  • High ownership: You’ll shape the product and user experience from the ground up

  • Speed: We ship weekly and iterate fast

  • Impact: Our customers are mission-critical businesses with real-world needs

  • Culture: Transparent, ambitious, and execution-focused

  • Equity: Meaningful ownership in a venture-backed company
