The Role

As Product Designer at Linero, you will own the end-to-end design of a platform used by some of the most demanding professionals in the world. You will translate complex, high-stakes workflows into experiences that feel intuitive, purposeful, and polished, across a diverse set of user personas including engineers, lawyers, compliance teams, executives, and more.

We view interface design as artistry and we are looking for a designer who brings the same creative ambition and craft to the interface as our engineers bring to the backend. Someone who sees enterprise software not as a constraint, but as a canvas.

What You'll Own

• Own the full design process end-to-end, from user research and wireframes through to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready specs

• Build and maintain Linero's design system: the component library, visual language, and interaction patterns that ensure consistency across the platform

• Design distinct workflow experiences for multiple user personas, each with different mental models, data visibility requirements, and expectations

• Work closely with the CEO and product managers to translate product requirements into design solutions that are both beautiful and functional

• Partner with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and craft

• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product experience

• Set the bar for design quality at Linero; you are opinionated about what great looks like and you fight for it

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of production-grade enterprise or SaaS product work

• Exceptional craft; your visual design, typography, and interaction design are all at the highest levels

• You approach design as an art form; you have genuine creative ambition, a distinctive point of view, and a portfolio that proves it

• Experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise products with multiple user roles and permission levels

• Strong systems thinking; you design components and patterns, not just screens

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling

• Fluency with AI-powered design, as a force multiplier, but not to replace design intuition

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you are the only designer and ownership is total

• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions

• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
