Lead the strategy and development of products at Good Apple, working cross-functionally to drive product vision, roadmap, and adoption while mentoring product managers.
As Product Director, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of one or more of Good Apple’s core products or platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with development, data science, design, marketing, client strategy and ops teams to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive successful launches and adoption.
This role is both visionary and operational—ideal for someone who can zoom out to define the product vision and dive deep to ensure flawless delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a compelling product strategy aligned with Good Apple's mission, business objectives, and market opportunities.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with design, development, data science, marketing, and strategy teams to build and launch products that create measurable impact.
- Drive Roadmap & Prioritization: Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Evaluate “buy vs build” products to help drive agency initiative forward. Own and optimize all current Good Apple proprietary products.
- Customer & Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of user needs through research, feedback, and market analysis; identify trends and competitive threats.
- Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs, track product performance, and iterate based on data, feedback, and evolving company priorities.
- Mentor & Grow Talent: Manage and mentor product managers (if applicable), fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful digital products (B2B or B2C).
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; able to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with the media, advertising, adtech, or martech is a plus.
