We’re hiring a Product Engineer to help world-class financial institutions automate away their backoffice. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product and engineering, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building things from scratch, and wants to see their work make a direct impact.

You’ll prototype, build, and iterate quickly to bring ideas from 0→1, helping us test and learn what resonates with customers. You’ll collaborate closely with our founder and engineering team to turn messy workflows into elegant, reliable systems by trying many ideas, keeping what works, and having the courage to toss what doesn’t.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, unafraid to ask questions, and eager to understand the “why” behind every problem. You move fast but think deeply, use AI tools to accelerate iteration, and bring a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals. Prior startup experience or having built and shipped something yourself is a major plus. Most importantly, you’re someone people genuinely enjoy working with.

Eisen is based in New York City, and in-person collaboration is preferred.

About Eisen

Eisen is building the first account offboarding platform for financial institutions. We streamline manual processes like escheatment, disbursement, and customer outreach - helping banks and fintechs close the loop on inactive accounts and reunite people with their money.
