Role Overview
We're looking for our first dedicated product hire to level up our product strategy and execution. This high-impact role reports to the CTO with significant opportunity to grow into broader product leadership as we scale.
Your superpower will be ruthless prioritization and flawless execution - ensuring we build the right things at the right time through proper feature definition and project preparation. This role is perfect for a crypto-native builder who thrives cross-functionally and is obsessive about details.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and own the product roadmap - make tough trade-off decisions to ensure engineering focuses on highest-impact work
- Work with top Web3 clients to optimize their conversion flows and translate feedback into clear roadmaps
- Deliver well-defined product specs for engineers to execute efficiently
- Support sales cycle by helping prospects shape tailored product solutions
- Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch with data-driven accountability
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to align product requirements with technical capabilities
- Establish product management processes as our first dedicated product hire
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management
- Exceptional communicator who can articulate trade-offs and timelines to engineers, clients, and executives
- Hyper-organized and proactive with proven execution track record in fast-paced environments
- Aligned with founder mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Previously worked at crypto startup or Web3 payments infrastructure company
- Experience with developer-facing APIs or SDKsManaged enterprise-level clients & client success
- Exposure to compliance/regulatory flows in on- and off-chain transactions
- Track record in product at a high-growth startup
