The Opportunity

As Product Lead for our Product Experience Platform team, you’ll own the foundational product capabilities that make Luminary easier to adopt, integrate, and operate at scale.

Your scope includes client intake, documents and household data, Luminary Assistant infrastructure and platform components, integrations and developer capabilities, and enterprise product requirements like users, teams, permissions, access controls, auditability, and configuration.

This is a highly cross-functional role spanning product experience, AI, data, APIs, and enterprise software. You’ll build shared capabilities that power experiences across Luminary, partnering closely with other product teams that build on top of them.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end experience for client intake, documents, and household data, including onboarding, AI-assisted review, and the core experiences for managing people, entities, assets, beneficiaries, and related data.

• Build the shared platform for the Luminary Assistant, including common interaction patterns, context and data access, extensibility, and reusable AI capabilities.

• Own integrations and developer capabilities, including first-class integrations, Luminary APIs, MCP, and other ways to move data into and out of Luminary.

• Own enterprise product capabilities such as organizations, users and teams, permissions, access controls, auditability, and configuration.

• Partner closely with Design and Engineering to turn complex systems into simple, intuitive product experiences.

• Define the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for your area.

Qualities we'd be excited to see in an applicant:

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, fintech, enterprise, or data-intensive software.

• Experience owning horizontal or platform-like product capabilities used across multiple workflows or teams.

• Strong product instincts across both user-facing experiences and underlying systems, including APIs, data models, permissions, and system boundaries.

• Experience building enterprise products involving integrations, complex data, administrative controls, or configurable workflows.

• Strong instincts for AI-native product design, especially where AI transforms unstructured information into structured data or powers shared product capabilities.

• Excellent product judgment, communication skills, UX instincts, and technical fluency.

• Ability to balance shared platform needs with the requirements of individual product teams.

Compensation

• Compensation will depend upon many factors, including relevant experience. The base salary range for this role is $200k-$250k, plus equity.
