About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

AgentExchange is where Salesforce partners build, publish, monetize, and manage the applications, AI agents, APIs, and services that extend the Salesforce ecosystem. As Director of Product Management for Partner Platform, you'll shape the capabilities that let partners succeed at every stage of their journey — from onboarding and publishing through security review, monetization, and lifecycle management. This role sits at the intersection of trust, scale, and partner experience, and the decisions you make will directly determine how easily partners can bring new value to Salesforce customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Platform

  • Own the Publisher Console and the end-to-end partner experience, from onboarding through release management

  • Set the strategy for security review, compliance, and certification, partnering with Security Engineering to automate and scale partner validation

  • Shape platform capabilities for monetization and commerce, working with platform teams on licensing, subscriptions, billing, and marketplace models

  • Partner with the Agentic Foundations team to give partners ways to expose capabilities through Headless 360, MCP, APIs, and future platform services

  • Define self-service tooling that lets partners integrate, publish, test, and maintain their offerings with less manual overhead

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers, building a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence

  • Drive strategic planning and investment prioritization across multiple platform initiatives

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketplace Experiences, Ecosystem Intelligence, Engineering, UX, Security, Finance, Legal, and Partner Success to deliver scalable platform capabilities

  • Communicate platform strategy and priorities to executive leadership and partner stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems

  • Experience building products for developers, partners, or enterprise administrators

  • Strong understanding of platform business models, ecosystem strategy, and marketplace operations

  • Experience with APIs, platform extensibility, identity, security, or governance

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Security, Operations, Finance, and GTM organizations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting strategy to executive leadership

  • Proficiency using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of the core product management workflow — customer research, rapid prototyping, drafting product briefs and PRDs, synthesizing feedback, and accelerating delivery

  • Experience leading and developing Product Management teams (this role starts with 0-1 PMs)

Preferred Qualifications

  • A related technical degree
