Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced business leader with deep strategic partnerships expertise to build out a suite of relevant and marketable card benefits that drive consideration, engagement and loyalty across Wells Fargo customer segments. In this role, you will:
Define strategic roadmap and success metrics
  • Manage and develop a specialized team responsible for establishing Wells Fargo card benefits and strategic partnerships
  • Analyze customer and market information to identify strategies to effectively prioritize benefit expansion opportunities
  • Review and rationalize current benefits to identify opportunities for simplification
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for optimizing benefits pricing, servicing strategies, technical integration approach, and customer experience design
  • Engage research teams to gather information needed for data-driven recommendations
  • Socialize and gather buy-in from internal stakeholders and executive leadership on benefits vision, roadmap and investment requirements
Own routines that drive rapid decision-making and strategic alignment through delivery
  • Work alongside delivery counterparts to facilitate timely decisions to address questions on architecture design and optimal delivery sequencing
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to flag and resolve delivery impediments
  • Establish and maintain routines that ensure work is sponsored upfront and updates are shared proactively with leaders and stakeholders
Manage strategic relationships and contracts
  • Serve as the primary interface with business P&L owners and executives on Card benefit expansion roadmap
  • Interface with external partnership leadership and serve as partner relationship owner/manager
  • Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate contracts and facilitate RFPs for new strategic partnerships, as necessary
Build a high-performing team culture
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in banking or financial services; prior leadership experience with a credit card issuer is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of the cards benefits ecosystem, with a track record of shaping benefit strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and competitive advantage
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic planning and execution efforts that deliver product growth, operational efficiency, and customer-centric innovation
  • Expertise in partnership development and contract negotiation, with the ability to influence outcomes and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong business development acumen, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities, shaping strategic initiatives, and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Experience managing high-performing teams, fostering talent development, and cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of setting and achieving ambitious goals, managing investments, and delivering measurable impact
  • Structured decision-making capabilities, with the ability to synthesize data, assess risk, and guide strategic direction
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships across senior stakeholders, driving alignment, momentum, and strategic outcomes in matrixed environments

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
