Zola is seeking an exceptional Product Management Intern to join our Summer 2026 program and help us build the next generation of wedding planning. 

THE ROLE

As a Product Intern, you’ll be the primary driver of a high-visibility product initiative, working across Design, Engineering, and Business to think strategically about the products we offer and actively contribute to a team that values fresh ideas and thoughtful execution. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • End-to-End Feature Development: Partner with members of the Product team to take high-impact features from discovery to deployment. 
  • Market & Competitive Research: Conduct deep research into market trends and Zola’s competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth. 
  • User Empathy & Advocacy: Use data and feedback to understand what couples need and find ways to turn wedding stress into ‘magic moments.’ 
  • Project Management: Assist with tracking milestones, preparing weekly progress updates, and creating project readouts to keep stakeholders informed and teams aligned.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and teams. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience Level: Currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree (incoming Junior or Senior).
  • Product Curiosity: Experience and interest in thinking creatively about how to build products that solve real user problems, whether through past internships, coursework, or personal side projects. A plus if you’ve built and/or shipped any products of your own!
  • Data & AI-Driven: You have a passion for making data-driven decisions and adopting an AI-native mindset for operating more efficiently and solving user problems.
  • Excitement about Zola: You have a genuine interest in consumer-facing technology and a desire to innovate within the wedding industry.
  • Communication: Strong ability to explain your ideas clearly and present them to a senior, cross-functional audience.
  • Self-Starter: You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and don’t shy away from taking the lead on a project. 

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Compensation: $20.00/hour.
  • Timeline: 10 weeks (June 9, 2026 – August 13, 2026).
  • Location: Hybrid in our NYC office (in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays).
  • Relocation: This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
