Build the next generation of intelligent payments pricing using artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven insights to deliver better outcomes for clients. You’ll own critical components of the product vision and roadmap, shaping direction from discovery through delivery at enterprise scale. You’ll partner across business, data, and engineering to maximize revenue capture, improve speed and efficiency, strengthen pricing quality and governance, and protect realized value. You’ll use metrics and stakeholder insights to prioritize what matters most and deliver measurable impact. As a Product Manager on the AI Pricing and Strategy team within Global Payments, you will own key components of the product vision and roadmap, setting direction from discovery through delivery to improve how pricing decisions are informed, governed, and executed. You will work hands-on with partners across business, data, and engineering to apply AI and analytics to pricing workflows and to balance time, cost, and quality outcomes across the product life cycle.
Job responsibilities
- Partner in developing strategy to safely deploy AI within core payments businesses
- Apply data-driven problem solving to shape product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions
- Identify opportunities where data and AI can improve the payments pricing experience for clients
- Research industry trends across payments, AI models and tools, and product delivery best practices
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics while balancing time, cost, and quality targets
- Collaborate with engineering to define product requirements, epics, and user stories
- Build strong stakeholder relationships that drive alignment and clarity on product direction and analytics strategy
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Strong understanding of analytics methodologies and technologies
- Demonstrated data-driven problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive stakeholder alignment and team execution
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and deliver high-quality results
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Master’s degree in data science, mathematics, business, or a related technical field
- Experience working within a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience in financial services with understanding of industry challenges and opportunities
