Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager at HiBob, you'll play a key role in building our innovative Benefits Administration product, contributing to HiBob's reputation for delivering world-class solutions that modernize HR. You are energized by the challenge of creating and scaling products, have a strong product sense, and understand how to leverage data to tell compelling stories. Your experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments will allow you to drive initiatives that simplify benefits management while delivering compliant, efficient, and delightful experiences for HR teams and employees.
There is a strong preference to fill this role in NYC with a hybrid schedule out of our office, but we will consider exceptional candidates who are based in the EST time zone and open to working remotely.
Base salary ranges from $170,000 - $210,000 per year.

Job Requirements
  • 5+ years' Product Management experience building, shipping, and iterating on successful products.
  • Direct or indirect benefits administration experience required. Candidates with adjacent HR technology experience and a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly will also be considered.
  • Has built highly impactful features and possesses strong product intuition, with a natural bias toward execution.
  • Ability to go deep into complex problems and domain-specific workflows to understand what to build and how to build it.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, open enrollment, eligibility management, and related compliance requirements.
  • Hard-working and customer-obsessed. You'll be surrounded by people who care deeply about delivering value to customers and solving difficult problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent time management, project management, prioritization, and ownership skills.
  • Experience working within Agile software development environments.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
  • Appreciation for balancing regulatory and compliance requirements with exceptional user experiences.
  • Ability to digest customer feedback and translate it into meaningful product improvements.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, ADP, Gusto, UKG, BambooHR, etc.).

Job Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver product capabilities that simplify benefits administration for HR teams and employees.
  • Write requirements for new product features and enhancements, and lead initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Design to build scalable, intuitive solutions.
  • Conduct customer research and analyze market trends to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Contribute to and manage the product roadmap for your team.
  • Measure product performance and business impact through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to support growth, retention, and customer adoption.
  • Drive innovation across enrollment experiences, benefits communications, employee self-service, carrier integrations, and compliance workflows.
  • Deliver products that help customers manage benefits more efficiently while improving the employee experience.
  • Roll up your sleeves and execute with urgency, ownership, and a focus on customer outcomes.
