Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. We’re building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game.

The Product Manager is responsible for driving product initiatives within the casino area, from problem discovery through to delivery handoff and outcome measurement. Working under the guidance of the Director, Casino Product Management, this role owns day-to-day stakeholder engagement, problem definition, initiative shaping, and roadmap management within the casino product vertical, encompassing areas such as game content and merchandising, lobby experience and navigation, promotions and bonusing mechanics, and core gameplay features across casino games.

Product Managers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, validate problems, and shape well-defined epics. They are expected to be hands-on practitioners who bring analytical rigor, player empathy, and commercial awareness to every initiative.

This role requires a strong understanding of the online casino ecosystem, including slot and live dealer game mechanics, lobby merchandising and discovery, bonusing and free-play structures, and the player engagement loops that drive casino-specific retention and monetization. The Product Manager will work closely with Casino Operations, Data, and CRM teams to ensure the game catalog, lobby experience, and promotional mechanics reflect player preferences and deliver measurable engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes. Operating within the fast-paced and highly regulated online gaming and sports betting industry, success in this role depends on strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and an understanding of the regulatory landscape that shapes product decisions across multiple markets.

Our mission is to engage and delight players by delivering fun, fair, friendly, and focused experiences. We are committed to transparency, responsible gaming, and building an award-winning platform that provides exciting, differentiated, and personalized offerings to our customers.
