Our comprehensive insurance coverage is designed with modern pet parents in mind, and we’re proud to support the veterinary, shelter, and breeder communities. We believe in ensuring pets receive the best care possible and are committed to making that vision a reality every day.

Fetch is a high-growth Warburg Pincus portfolio company with an expanding team of over 350 pet-loving employees working together to shape the future of pet health and wellness.

About the industry:

The pet insurance industry is more important than ever, offering peace of mind and financial protection for pet owners. The sector is expanding quickly, fueled by growing awareness of the need for accessible, high-quality veterinary care. With advances in veterinary medicine, pets now have access to the most effective treatments available, making pet insurance an essential component of modern pet care.

About The Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager for a 4–6 month contract to lead and optimize the post-enrollment journey for our customers. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role responsible for ensuring that Fetch pet parents have a seamless, high-value experience across our iOS, Android, and Web applications.
This position is a unique blend of Product Management and Product Operations. You will be the primary bridge between our Business Owners (BOs) and the Engineering organization—deciphering customer needs, weighing them against business objectives, and aligning them with technical capacity.

Location:
  • This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution: You will drive key retention and engagement metrics by identifying and launching high-value features that align with our Q3/Q4 business goals.
  • Product Operations & Optimization: You aren't just building from scratch; you will act as a "product therapist" for the business, working with various Business Owners to maximize the use of our existing feature set and internal toolkits to solve immediate problems.
  • The "Strategic Filter": You will lead the discovery process to separate the "nice-to-haves" from the "must-haves," ensuring that every engineering hour is spent on projects that move the needle for our customers and the business.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: You will manage the delicate balance of stakeholder expectations, providing clear roadmaps and technical feasibility assessments to ensure all teams are aligned on what is being built and why.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience in Product Management, specifically managing mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Technical Savvy: A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including integration and testing phases.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to navigate complex conversations between business stakeholders and engineers, translating technical constraints into business realities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Why Join Fetch:
  • Be part of a mission-driven company that values creativity, innovation, transparency, and collaboration
  • When in office, enjoy complimentary lunch daily, and pets are always welcome
  • Join a team that genuinely cares about creating a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive
Compensation:
  • This is a 4–6 month contract role with a monthly compensation range of $11,000–$12,000. The annualized equivalent range ($132,000–$144,000) is reflected in the system for posting purposes only.
