About the Role

Sei is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own and scale some of the most important growth levers across our platform. This person will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through our Referrals and Incentives programs across a new type of innovative Centralized Exchange.

Growth is a critical area of investment at Sei, spanning incentives, referrals, notifications, email marketing, conversion optimization, engagement, and the expansion of these capabilities across new products. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Growth PM who can help us move faster, execute at a higher level, and unlock meaningful user growth.

 
What you'll do
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Referrals and Incentives across a first of its type innovative Centralized Exchange.

  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and user growth.

  • Design, launch, and optimize growth experiments that drive measurable business impact.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

  • Analyze user behavior and growth funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.

  • Build and iterate on referral programs, incentive structures, and engagement mechanisms that increase user participation and lifetime value.

What you bring
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.

  • 2+ years of dedicated Growth Product Management experience.

  • Experience at a US Regulated consumer focused Fintech or Trading company.

  • Demonstrated success driving meaningful growth outcomes at a high-growth technology company.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make product decisions.

  • Experience running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
