Job Summary

The Product Manager, Marketing supports the Marketing team's product strategy and execution, reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, Marketing. This individual helps bridge marketing objectives with technical execution, contributing to the delivery of marketing initiatives across web, front-end, and customer-facing products. Working closely with the Sr. Product Manager, this role assists with roadmap development and execution, and coordinates with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to help bring initiatives to life in a regulated environment.

The Product Manager, Marketing will partner with stakeholders across the organization to help define requirements, track dependencies, and support marketing initiatives in meeting business goals and regulatory standards. They will contribute to the team's workflows and operational processes, helping identify opportunities to streamline execution and improve cross-functional efficiency. This individual will also support the team in responding to technical issues and outages affecting marketing systems.

The ideal candidate has solid product instincts, is comfortable working with technical stakeholders, and is eager to grow into a fast-paced fintech environment by driving initiatives from conception through delivery.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the development and execution of the marketing product roadmap, helping balance strategic priorities against engineering capacity and cross-functional dependencies
  • Support end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including front-end and customer-facing product development
  • Help manage and improve team workflows and operational processes, identifying opportunities that increase execution speed and quality
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to help plan, sequence, and deliver marketing initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Support the resolution of marketing system outages and technical escalations, helping drive timely resolution with minimal business impact
  • Help define and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for marketing technology projects
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams, supporting alignment, clarity, and consistent communication
  • Contribute to process improvements and support organizational alignment across the marketing function

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on marketing technology, front-end products, or customer-facing digital experiences
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (fintech, financial services, or similar) is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts and marketing technology platforms
  • Understanding of financial products, services, and the regulatory landscape affecting the fintech industry is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Track record of contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
