Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Product Manager / Quality Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to support the iNET product team under Digital Labs, leading our Quality team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage the Product Quality function, establishing quality standards, processes, and best practices across the product portfolio.

  • Own the end-to-end product quality strategy, ensuring products meet defined functional, performance, usability, and reliability requirements.

  • Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scripts for new features, enhancements, and product releases.

  • Define quality acceptance criteria and partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure requirements are testable and measurable.

  • Establish and track key quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, release readiness, customer-reported issues, and overall product health.

  • Collaborate with Automation Engineers and Software Development teams to design, prioritize, and implement automated testing solutions that improve efficiency and coverage.

  • Identify opportunities to expand test automation and reduce manual testing efforts while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Review automated test results, analyze failures, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Develop and oversee regression testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing processes.

  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple product teams to ensure consistent execution and release quality.

  • Drive defect management processes, including triage, prioritization, tracking, resolution validation, and reporting.

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to improve software development lifecycle practices and embed quality into all phases of product development.

  • Serve as the voice of quality during product planning, roadmap discussions, sprint ceremonies, and release reviews.

  • Evaluate product risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support successful product launches.

  • Analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and production issues to identify quality improvement opportunities and prioritize corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new initiatives.

  • Support product roadmap planning and execution by balancing customer needs, business priorities, and quality objectives.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on product quality goals.

  • Create executive-level reporting and presentations on quality performance, risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Champion a culture of quality, continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-centric product delivery.

  • Mentor and develop quality-focused team members while establishing scalable processes that support growth across the product organization.

Bachelor's (or equivalent) with typically 10+ years of experience or a Master's with typically 8+ years of experience. Typically 4+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
