What you should have:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, connect features to business impact, and drive prioritization decisions based on data and user feedback.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills – able to align across R&D, Design, Product Marketing, and GTM teams.
- Proven ability to lead execution, resolve ambiguity, and deliver impactful outcomes in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for clearly articulating product decisions and value to a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive and customer-obsessed mindset, with hands-on experience conducting user research and analyzing behavioral data.
- Experience working in HRTech, FinTech, or data-intensive products is a strong advantage.
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English – required.

What you will do :
- Define and execute the Workforce Planning roadmap, addressing evolving customer needs across global markets and supporting HiBob’s strategic HR vision.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and research through design, development, launch, and iteration.
- Deeply understand workforce planning processes, user needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and feature prioritization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including R&D, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Security, to deliver high-quality, impactful experiences.
- Use data to continuously monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and improve product adoption, customer value, and retention.
- Collaborate with product leaders across domains to shape connected, multi-domain initiatives and strengthen Workforce Planning’s role within HiBob’s Core HR Planning offering.
