Pacagen is a house of brands focused on disrupting consumer industries through
biotechnology-backed products built by our in-house research lab. We are actively
incubating new technologies in the immune, inflammation, and consumer health spaces. Our
first brand, Pacagen (pacagen.com), helps with allergies to pets and dust that >100K
customers use in our second year on the market. Our second brand, RE:YOU
(getreyou.com), is dominating the luxury haircare market and is already one of the fastest
growing brands ever after launching in July 2026.
We are a venture-funded startup and founded by experienced entrepreneurs who have built
and sold nine-figure businesses before. We are backed by some of the best venture firms in
the world (Maveron, Khosla Ventures, Mars, Imaginary Ventures) and are building a world-
class team together to transform the consumer health industry as we know it.
You’ll have the opportunity to help scale our operations, supply chain, and marketing
channels. You’ll assist with the development of Pacagen and RE:YOU’s creative content
across all channels and website iteration. The best candidate will have a proven track record
for clear communication and proactive problem-solving. You will be mentored by and
working directly with our co-founders who built and sold one of the fastest-growing science-
backed beauty brands ever. This role is for someone who actively enjoys working in a fast-
paced environment while taking on larger responsibilities within a rapidly growing
organization.

Responsibilities:
● Lead product supply chain and logistics for a set of our products
● Help with physical product branding, feature definition, and translation of R&D
innovations from the lab for a portfolio of new products
● Initiate product marketing efforts and develop launch campaign plans for these new
products, coordinating with our internal marketing team
● Lead supplier partner relationships to establish the supply chain for new products
● Create guidance for our customer support partners ahead of new product launches
● Support co-founders in evaluating new product categories for R&D and potential
product development
● Initiate and drive strategic growth marketing initiatives for existing products to support
rapid scaling of business
● Adapt and learn new skill sets to make the brand succeed

● 1-3 years of consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or
another high-pressure field
● Ability to work independently and in a group environment
● Strong attention to detail with proven track record of high quality work
● Clear communication skills
● Strong project management skills, with an ability to adhere to deadlines
● Desire to continuously learn and improve self professionally
● Doesn’t take “good enough” as an answer
● Strong interest and passion for consumer products

Why work with us?
We’re a fast-paced start up that is using cutting-edge science to deliver life-changing
consumer products. We only launch products we truly believe in and our team works hard to
make sure we can get those products into the hands of people that need them most. You will
be joining a passionate, caring, smart, and hard-working team supporting one another to
deliver on the company’s bold mission. Working at Pacagen & Wildtype will be an exciting
growth opportunity for your career. You’ll get exposure to world-class partners, mentors, and
innovative people from every field.

Why NOT work with us?
Two reasons:
1. You’ll notice that the phrase “fast-paced” is in this job description multiple times.
Building an amazing, profitable company in a few years is not easy and we aren’t
here to pretend like it is (believe us, we’ve done this before). Startups can be
stressful and are not made for everyone, but on the flip-side extremely rewarding.
The best performers get a career boost more drastic than anything they could
imagine, but not everyone is fit for the job.
2. We sincerely believe in our mission to improve our customer’s quality of life and
deliver high-efficacy, cutting-edge products. Our team includes world-class scientists,
experienced product developers, and avid product-lovers, all laser focused on
delivering the best products on the market. If this doesn’t light you up, this role may
not be the right fit.
