About Unframe

Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.

Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally

About the role

This role sits on the front line: you engage directly with enterprise clients, lead discovery to uncover core business challenges, and design and ship tailored AI solutions built on Unframe's platform. You own the work end-to-end, serving as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through to final deployment.

This is a true builder role. You write the precise specifications and prompt architectures that bring solutions to life, making the critical design decisions that determine whether an enterprise AI deployment actually succeeds.

What you’ll do

This is a project-led role with unmediated access to clients at every stage. You will typically manage several engagements simultaneously, with short planning horizons and evolving requirements. Roughly 30 to 40 percent of the role is active client management, ensuring senior stakeholders remain aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts.

    • Lead Enterprise Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions directly with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs.
    • Design & Spec AI Solutions: Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform. Write detailed specs and define prompt and context structures, owning the complete solution design.
    • Drive End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target. Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope.
    • Represent the User & Platform: Act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while collaborating with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns.
What we’re looking for
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with a proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products.
  • Customer-Led Discovery: Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators - not supporting a sales call, not interviewing platform users, but owning the conversation to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope.
  • Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage senior client relationships through a complex delivery; keeping stakeholders aligned, navigating competing priorities, and being the primary point of contact when requirements shift or timelines compress.
  • Problem-to-Solution Design: Ability to start from a raw business problem without existing features for reference, defining exactly how an AI solution should function and writing precise specs for build teams.
  • Complex Delivery Execution: Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs.
  • AI Solutions Experience: Direct exposure to building with LLMs - writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype. This is the dimension most learnable on the job; concrete work product carries more weight than certification.
  • Builder Orientation: Driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than simply managing traditional roadmaps or processing requests.
  • Core Competencies: Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English (written and verbal), and the ability to navigate multi-faceted projects.
Location

Based in the United States; East Coast or New York preferred for shared office time, though we will consider strong candidates across the US. US work authorization required.

Why join us

At Unframe, you’ll help build AI systems that are already delivering real value to global enterprises - not prototypes, demos, or side projects.

You’ll work with exceptional teammates, collaborate directly with top-tier customers, and have real influence over both the solutions we ship and the evolution of our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking, technical depth, and creativity come together.

If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving fast, and building practical AI products that actually make it to production - we’d love to meet you.
