Job Description

Scoutible is on a mission to make every hire a top performer… using video games. Here's a short video that briefly explains the concept. Our team seeks an experienced product manager to join our fast-growing startup backed by Mark Cuban, NEA, Great Oaks and other top VCs and investors.

As Scoutible’s first Product Manager, you will work closely with the founding team to continue to translate the vision into the next level of product strategy. We’re looking for a motivated and creative decision-maker to help set, drive and execute our product roadmap. You will seamlessly flow between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day project execution. You will set and achieve ambitious goals on growth, adoption and engagement, helping the company both define and achieve its success.

Qualifications

Outcomes:

-Conduct thorough customer research to scope and prioritize product features

-Hone pricing and positioning strategies, as well as help manage product launches

-Establish, track, and report progress on product metrics and KPIs

-Help run processes, sprints and coordination between teams (engineering, game dev, and data science)

-Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and help generate new product ideas to drive growth

-Contribute deep product knowledge and insights during product roadmap and strategy sessions


Competencies:

-Solid technical background and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

-Proven track record in product management

-Experience managing all aspects of a successful product through its life cycle

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Thrives in a fast-paced environment as part of an ambitious, top-notch team
