About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is fluent in both thinking and making.
This is a role for someone who didn’t start in product by accident — someone who likely came up through UI/UX or design, learned how software actually gets built, and then grew into a senior product leader who can zoom all the way out to strategy and all the way in to a clickable prototype.
You’ll be responsible for shaping complex product problems into clear, opinionated solutions — sometimes through words and strategy, sometimes through flows, wireframes, and prototypes — and then partnering closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to turn those ideas into reality.
We value product managers who can operate comfortably at multiple levels:

  • High-level product vision and prioritization
  • Mid-level problem framing and trade-off decisions
  • Low-level details when clarity really matters
This is not just a “write tickets and attend ceremonies” role. It’s a hands-on, high-trust product leadership position.
What you’ll do
  • Own problem spaces end-to-end: discovery, definition, solutioning, delivery, and iteration
  • Translate ambiguous business and user needs into clear product direction
  • Create low- and mid-fidelity prototypes to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and align stakeholders early
  • Partner deeply with engineering to shape solutions that are thoughtful, feasible, and scalable
  • Collaborate with design while also being capable of independently sketching, wireframing, or prototyping when needed
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy
  • Make and communicate hard prioritization decisions with context and clarity
  • Advocate for the user while staying grounded in business realities
  • Help raise the bar for product thinking across the organization
What we’re looking for
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a senior-level scope of responsibility
  • A background in UI/UX, design, or front-end thinking before (or alongside) product management
  • Strong comfort with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, or similar)
  • The ability to move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can make complex ideas feel simple
  • Strong instincts for usability, workflows, and interaction design
  • Experience working closely with engineers and understanding technical trade-offs
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity without needing perfect inputs
  • A bias toward clarity, ownership, and follow-through
Nice to have
  • Experience working on complex B2B or enterprise software
  • Exposure to regulated or highly operational domains (e.g., healthcare, finance, logistics)
  • Comfort operating as a technical product partner to engineering (even if not a formal TPM)
  • Ability to reason about system boundaries, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns
  • Experience defining non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and reliability
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts (e.g., SSO, OAuth, role-based access)
  • Experience working with platform, infrastructure, or data-heavy product areas
  • Ability to assess technical trade-offs and sequencing with engineering leadership
  • Experience mentoring or informally coaching other product managers or designers
