  • Use Data to Decide: Track adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction to guide roadmap and feature decisions.

  • Launch with Impact: Support go‑to‑market efforts with strong launch plans, enablement, and post‑release feedback loops.

  • Be the Expert: Stay current on payments, stored value, and loyalty trends, representing the product internally and with clients.

What You Need to Have:

  • 5 years of product management experience delivering digital products end to end (fintech, payments, or eCommerce preferred).

  • Strong Agile experience and comfort working closely with engineering teams.

  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

  • Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative working style.

  • A self‑starter attitude with a passion for building customer‑centric products.

What is Nice to Have:

  • Experience with stored value, loyalty, payments, or SaaS platforms.

  • Ability to engage in technical discussions around APIs and integrations.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and usability testing.
