The role requires hands-on B2B product marketing experience in observability, DevOps, or infrastructure tooling, strong storytelling skills, cloud infrastructure familiarity, and regular travel.

👉 You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply. If you believe you’re a strong fit for the role, we’d love to hear from you.
🌟 We just raised $35M in Series A, if you join Tsuga you will experience a strong growth.
About the role & the team
You will be Tsuga's first Product Marketing Manager, joining a marketing team that includes our Regional Marketing Managers in the US and EMEA and the central marketing team. You'll work hand in hand with product, sales and Forward Deployed Engineers to shape how Tsuga is positioned, sold and launched.
Tsuga’s BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) model helps companies manage observability costs while meeting the growing demands of AI-driven observability. You will turn that into a story that lands with both the engineers who use Tsuga and the executives who buy it. This is a hands-on role measured on revenue, with win rates, deal velocity and pipeline quality as leading indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Tsuga's positioning and messaging for each buyer, from executive decision-makers to the engineers who run observability day to day.
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence, and give sales clear guidance on where we win, where we lose and how to handle it.
- Create the sales content sellers actually use, including pitch decks, battlecards, business cases and objection handling, and train the team on it.
- Plan and run product launches with the product team, making sure each one lands with customers, prospects and our own sellers.
- Turn early customers into references, case studies and proof points that build credibility with enterprise buyers.
- Partner with the Regional Marketing Managers to turn messaging into campaigns and events that generate pipeline.
- Use AI tools to move fast, and agencies where they add real value.
About you & what we are looking for
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in observability, DevOps, or infrastructure tooling.
- Proven track record of positioning and launching technical products that helped sales win enterprise deals.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and observability concepts such as OpenTelemetry.
- Strong understanding of technical buyers, from engineers to CTOs, and how enterprise buying decisions are made.
- Hands-on and comfortable with ambiguity: you set the strategy and do the work yourself.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
Perks & benefits

- Meaningful equity
- €5,000-equivalent employee referral bonus
- Quarterly team offsite in France - the whole company, every quarter
Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the interview process.
