• Monitoring performance metrics and proactively recommending improvements.
• Coordinating multiple marketing initiatives while keeping projects organized and on
schedule.
• Applying your understanding of the connected TV and streaming ecosystems. Including
OEM and platform partnerships to support acquisition and growth initiatives.
• Rolling up your sleeves wherever needed, whether that's developing strategy, analyzing
data, creating presentations, or helping move projects across the finish line.

What Makes You Successful
You're someone who:
• Thinks strategically but isn't afraid to execute.
• Uses data to tell compelling business stories and influence decisions.
• Takes initiative without waiting for direction.
• Builds strong relationships across diverse teams.
• Communicates clearly and proactively.
• Stays organized while juggling multiple priorities.
• Thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly as business needs evolve.
• Maintains a positive, collaborative attitude, even in fast-moving environments.

What We're Looking For
• Experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, or
Acquisition Marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer insights, analytics, and
competitive intelligence into actionable marketing plans.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media, websites/e-commerce,

• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly proactive, organized, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Understanding of the entertainment and streaming landscape.

Preferred Qualifications
• 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience supporting subscription, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or digital growth
businesses.
• Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with acquisition funnels, performance marketing metrics, testing
methodologies, and optimization frameworks.
• Experience creating executive presentations and communicating strategic
recommendations.
• Knowledge of the connected television ecosystem, streaming platforms, and OEM partnerships.
