FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries like banking and insurance and are expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.

Mission

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping how FlowX.AI's platform and product story are understood — both inside the company and out in the market. This is a global, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, and you'll have a high degree of ownership over how it takes shape.

At FlowX.AI, product marketing starts with translation: taking what the product and engineering teams are building and turning it into language, positioning, and enablement that sales and marketing can use to win in market. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to build a function, reestablish existing materials and create a scalable ongoing motion at a company entering a pivotal commercial stage.

What you will do on a daily basis
  • Own launches end-to-end — positioning, messaging, and enablement — for a technical, enterprise product, taking a launch or category narrative from initial brief to live in market across product, design, sales, and demand gen.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to understand what's being built and where the roadmap is headed, and be technical enough to push back and challenge that story where it needs sharpening.
  • Own the sales asset library, including: one-pagers, decks, demo narratives, objection and FAQ docs. You create the assets, keep them current, and prepare the sales team before every release.
  • Own competitive: battlecards, win/loss analysis, and the ability to hold your own in a Gartner or Forrester conversation.
  • Write narratives that work for very different audiences at once — credible to a bank CIO and credible to a developer.
  • Talk to customers directly and join sales calls, rather than relying only on the CRM for signal.
  • Support go-to-market for our system integrator and consultancy partners, in addition to marketing directly to end customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to unify how product story, messaging, and enablement show up across channels.
  • Stay current on FlowX.AI's platform, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs across our target industries.
Who you are
  • 3-7 years of B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 3 years owning launches end to end for a technical enterprise product. Financial services or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working closely with product and engineering. Experience working across product, sales, and marketing at more than one company, not just supporting a couple of salespeople at a single startup.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into narratives that land with both technical and business audiences.
  • Comfortable talking to customers directly and working independently alongside a sales team - this isn't a role for someone who needs sales to come to them.
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and being managed loosely; a self-starter who doesn't need heavy oversight to move work forward.
  • Willingness to travel periodically, including regular trips to Romania to work directly with the product team.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and with distributed, international teams.
  • A hands-on senior IC. You want to do the work, not manage people who do it
  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technology.
What's in it for you
  • The opportunity to own and scale product marketing function at a next-generation AI platform company, as it shifts from product maturity to commercial scale.
  • High strategic autonomy, with a direct voice in how product and go-to-market strategy evolve.
  • Close, regular collaboration with product, sales, and marketing leadership across a fast-growing, global organization.
  • Exposure to AI-native enterprise platforms and hands-on experience shaping the story behind AI in production environments.
  • Competitive compensation: $150-180k base salary, plus a bonus component.

Location: Hybrid, reporting to our office in Flatiron, NY. Occasional travel to our offices or clients in Europe.

Benefits
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Stock Option Plan
