Description

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Product Marketing Manager to help define, launch, and grow the next generation of Future’s offerings.

You’ll own a customer segment, product area, or strategic growth opportunity - developing a deep understanding of the market, identifying customer needs, shaping the proposition, and driving commercial results.

You won’t simply market an existing roadmap or take requests. You’ll identify and validate new opportunities, influence product priorities, develop the commercial strategy, and lead GTM launches that build awareness, adoption, and revenue.

What You'll Do

You will report to the Director of Product Marketing

  • Own Your Customer Segment or Product Area: Develop a deep understanding of your customers, market dynamics, competitive landscape, unmet needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Use customer research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and Sales insight to identify opportunities that could create meaningful value for customers and Future.
  • Validate the Opportunity: Test customer problems, concepts, demand, willingness to pay, pricing, packaging, and service models before significant investment.
  • Shape the Proposition: Define who we serve, what problem we solve, why customers will choose us, and how our offering creates differentiated value.
  • Influence What We Build: Translate customer and market insight into product opportunities, business cases, requirements, and priorities in partnership with Product and cross-functional teams.
  • Own the Commercial Model: Develop positioning, pricing, packaging, revenue models, and monetization strategies that support adoption and growth.
  • Equip Sales to Win: Develop sales narratives, presentations, playbooks, tools, training, and objection handling that help Sales communicate value and close business.
  • Lead High-Impact Launches: Own launch strategy and execution, including audience definition, positioning, messaging, content, external marketing campaigns, thought leadership, PR, and other channels.
  • Create Market Momentum: Build awareness and demand for new offerings through compelling stories, customer proof points, market education, and integrated external campaigns.
  • Measure and Improve Performance: Use customer feedback, market insight, and commercial performance data to improve the product, proposition, launch strategy, and customer experience.
  • Drive Growth: Identify what to scale, iterate, or stop, and help turn successful offerings into meaningful and repeatable revenue streams.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, operations, advertising, digital media, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience identifying, developing, launching, or scaling a new product, market, customer segment, or commercial offering.
  • Proven ability to identify and validate new opportunities - not simply execute an existing roadmap.
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to external product launches and integrated go-to-market campaigns.
  • Strong customer discovery, research, analytical, and market-sizing skills.
  • Strong commercial instincts around pricing, packaging, monetization, and revenue growth.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and customers.
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly curious and innovation-minded, with an interest in emerging technology and AI.
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial; comfortable creating the path forward rather than waiting for one.
  • A bias toward action, experimentation, and learning.
  • Comfortable operating without a playbook and building structure from scratch.

Experience in advertising, ad tech, media buying, publisher monetization, marketing technology, or digital media is a plus, as is experience with high-volume, self-service, automation, or AI-enabled products.

What We Offer
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k plus a company match
  • Uncapped leave
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus
  • Refer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future
  • Well-being support with access to our Colleague Assistant Programs
  • Opportunity to purchase shares in Future with our Share Incentive Plan

The expected range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days from the New York office.
