Who are we?

Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. Teams use us to develop, evaluate, and generate synthetic data for physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. We build precision-calibrated digital twins and run massively parallel simulation scenarios, so customers spend less time on expensive, slow real-world testing. Our customers include leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams.

Who are we looking for?

A product marketer who owns how Antioch is communicated: what we do, who it's for, and why it wins. This is an early, high-ownership builder role. You'll turn a deep, multi-vertical technical platform into one coherent story, told through targeted narratives that each customer segment recognizes as its own. You'll manage positioning, campaigns, content, and sales enablement, working in tight loops with the founders and engineers building the product.

What you'll do

  • Own positioning and messaging: define one narrative for each customer vertical and use case, so every pitch, page, and deck tells the same story.
  • Build the sales enablement library: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive comparisons, and demo narratives.
  • Turn technical capabilities (physics simulation, sensor modeling, cloud infrastructure, agentic workflows) into customer outcome stories without losing a technical voice.
  • Pressure-test messaging in sales conversations and campaigns, then feed what you learn back into positioning.
  • Own the brand surface: website, social media, and voice.
  • Plan and run media campaigns: product launches, announcements, events, and the content that builds credibility with technical buyers.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in product marketing, brand, or content for deeply technical products (developer tools, infrastructure, robotics, simulation), ideally at an early-stage company.
  • Exceptional writing: crisp, technically credible copy in every format, from a headline to a case study to a 40-slide deck.
  • Ability to learn technical subjects (simulation, robotics, perception, ML) and explain them accurately to engineers and executives.
  • Experience building sales enablement that founders and sellers actually use.
  • Experience running campaigns end to end, including measuring what worked.
  • Strong visual instincts, with comfort directing design or doing scrappy design yourself.
  • Fluent use of AI tools on top of strong marketing fundamentals.
  • A track record of shipping finished work, not just plans and drafts.
  • Nice to have: robotics, autonomy, or industrial tech background; developer marketing experience; Figma, Adobe, or light front-end skills; founder social presence.
