Description

We're looking for a highly technical Senior Product Marketing Manager who speaks fluent geek and fluent business—and knows how to translate between the two.

This isn't a traditional product marketing role focused on producing collateral and managing launches. We need someone who can dig into complex security architectures, challenge product managers and engineers, and translate technical differentiation into business outcomes that resonate with CISOs and enterprise decision-makers.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AI security and/or identity security, preferably combined with broader enterprise cybersecurity experience. We're especially interested in candidates who started their careers as Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, or Product Managers before moving into product marketing.

You'll report to the VP of Product Marketing and work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and our Content and Brand Marketing teams.

Your mission: Make sophisticated technology understandable, differentiated, and impossible for enterprise buyers to ignore empty job that is used for creating requisitions 'from scratch' The ideal location for this role is in Israel, but we would be open to someone based in Charlotte.

Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for key Zero Networks solutions and capabilities.
  • Translate deeply technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes, including reducing cyber risk, limiting attack blast radius, protecting business continuity, and lowering operational complexity.
  • Connect the dots between what the technology does, why customers need it, and the business impact it delivers.
  • Build differentiated narratives around AI security, identity-driven security, automated microsegmentation, and cyberattack containment.
  • Create messaging that resonates with both technical practitioners and executive decision-makers, adapting the story without sacrificing technical credibility.

Technical Product Marketing

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Zero Networks platform, architecture, and underlying technologies.
  • Work directly with Product Management and Engineering to understand capabilities, customer use cases, and roadmap priorities.
  • Translate product architectures, technical innovations, and security research into compelling customer-facing value propositions.
  • Develop technical presentations, solution narratives, product demonstrations, and architecture-level messaging.
  • Articulate how Zero Networks fits into existing enterprise security architectures and complements customers' security investments.
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource for marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.

Competitive Intelligence & Sales Enablement

  • Build competitive positioning, battlecards, objection handling, and differentiation against established and emerging security vendors.
  • Help Sales and Sales Engineering move conversations beyond feature comparisons to business risk, operational impact, and strategic value.
  • Develop sales presentations, solution briefs, executive messaging, and other materials that help win complex enterprise deals.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and field teams to understand buying criteria, technical objections, and competitive dynamics.
  • Translate customer successes into compelling proof points that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.

Product Launches & Go-to-Market

  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new capabilities, product enhancements, and solution areas.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Develop launch positioning, value propositions, buyer personas, use cases, and sales readiness materials.
  • Identify emerging security trends and market opportunities, particularly around AI, identity, and enterprise infrastructure security.
  • Help shape Zero Networks' market strategy through customer insights, competitive analysis, and field feedback.

Content, Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Partner closely with Content Marketing to develop technically credible blogs, white papers, solution briefs, research reports, and customer stories.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing to turn technical differentiation into memorable campaigns and compelling creative concepts.
  • Provide technical expertise and market context for PR, analyst relations, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Help establish Zero Networks as a recognized leader in AI security, identity-driven security, and cyberattack containment.
  • Ensure that marketing content is technically accurate, commercially relevant, and accessible to its intended audience.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical go-to-market roles, with meaningful experience in enterprise technology.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI security and/or identity security, including underlying architectures, technologies, and enterprise use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value, connecting product features to risk reduction, operational efficiency, business continuity, and strategic outcomes.
  • Ability to operate comfortably at both ends of the spectrum: engage deeply with engineers and security architects, then confidently explain the business case to a CISO or CIO.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and the challenges faced by security teams.
  • Experience developing differentiated positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and product launch materials.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing technical substance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, self-directed approach with the ability to move quickly and take ownership in a growing organization.

Strongly Preferred

  • Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager, particularly in enterprise cybersecurity.
  • Background at a cybersecurity company focused on network security, identity security, Zero Trust, cloud security, or endpoint security.
  • Hands-on familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, PAM, network segmentation, enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, or Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of AI agents, agentic architectures, AI security risks, and emerging approaches to securing AI-powered environments.
  • Experience positioning technically complex cybersecurity platforms for enterprise buyers.
  • Familiarity with major cybersecurity vendors, competitive architectures, and enterprise security buying processes.
  • Experience working directly with CISOs, security architects, and enterprise sales teams.
