Location: Chicago, Hybrid

Headquartered in Chicago, with employees worldwide, we’re on a mission to change the world by democratizing access to investment solutions that were previously unavailable to most investors.

Halo Investing gives financial intermediaries, wealth managers and RIA’s access to structured notes, annuities and other protective investment solutions.

At Halo, we’ve balanced growth with a strong company culture to create a uniquely motivated, dynamic, and proactive team where we value collaboration, communication, and passion!

About the Role:

The Product Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Halo Investing’s platform and investment solutions, driving adoption, engagement, and differentiation across the wealth management ecosystem.

This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution, bridging Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex investment offerings into clear, compelling value for financial advisors, enterprises, and investors. You will oversee product launches, positioning, and enablement—while advancing Halo’s AI-driven marketing practices to make campaigns, content, and insights more intelligent, efficient, and scalable.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor: equally comfortable shaping the go-to-market strategy as they are building the deck, writing the brief, or running the analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Product Marketing Strategy: Define, own, and execute the overarching product marketing strategy, including competitive positioning, market analysis, and go-to-market plans for all solutions. Prioritize initiatives in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align with critical business growth objectives.
  • Go-to-Market & Launch Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and execution of all product launches, setting the success metrics and managing the cross-functional dependencies to ensure flawless, high-impact rollouts.
  • Core Positioning & Narrative Ownership: Own the core messaging frameworks and value propositions for all target audiences (advisors, enterprises, investors). Ensure consistency and differentiation across all internal and external assets, partnering with leadership to evolve Halo’s positioning as the platform scales.
  • Strategic Intelligence: Act as Halo’s internal expert on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Synthesize intelligence (leveraging AI-powered tools) to influence product roadmap, pricing, and key messaging decisions.
  • Sales & Enablement Strategy: Develop the strategic vision for sales enablement, ensuring sales and relationship teams are equipped with high-impact tools and messaging. Drive the integration of AI and analytics to personalize outreach and significantly improve sales productivity.
  • AI Strategy & Innovation: Lead the integration of AI within the product marketing function. Identify, test, and scale use cases that enhance content creation, improve go-to-market speed, and modernize workflows.
  • KPI Ownership & Reporting: Define and track the key performance indicators (KPIs) for all launches, campaigns, and enablement efforts. Provide strategic reports and actionable recommendations to the Executive Team and Revenue Leadership.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate has 9+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within fintech, wealth management, or financial technology.
  • Proven success owning and executing full product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans in complex, regulated industries.
  • Deep understanding of advisor and institutional distribution models, with experience simplifying complex financial solutions into clear narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategy and execution — from developing positioning frameworks to building launch decks and content.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Passion for AI adoption and innovation, with hands-on experience leveraging AI for market insights, content creation, or campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence across functions and seniority levels.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
