The Opportunity

Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a market-leading technology product suite. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team in New York.

This position will report to the Director of Marketing and partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to define and implement our product marketing strategy. You will own sales enablement and release coordination, increase awareness and adoption of new features, embed scalable marketing frameworks into our product delivery processes, and find unique ways to nurture the Chronograph user community through forums, events, and other channels.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented top performer to become directly engaged with several of the world's most sophisticated private equity investors and produce immediate impact within a globally-focused financial technology firm.

As the Product Marketing Manager at Chronograph, you will:

  • Develop and implement an omni-channel strategy to drive awareness, excitement, and adoption of new products and features as they are released.
  • Own sales enablement and release coordination end-to-end. Build enablement materials, coordinate launches, and partner with Sales and Client Management teams to ship polished deliverables.
  • Bring a hands-on, positive attitude toward AI as a product marketing enabler, continuously learning, experimenting, and refining how you use it.
  • Turn complex features into clear, benefit-led messaging and sharp value propositions that resonate with our ICPs by distilling the real business impact for private capital investors.
  • Own and refine Chronograph's positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions, informed by a genuine point of view on the market, competitive landscape, and where Chronograph wins.
  • Grow the Chronograph community through forums, webinars, and events, and empower customer advocates to explore new use cases.
  • Maintain a current map of our ICPs and personas to support Marketing, Sales, and Account Management needs.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • At least five (5) years of product marketing experience in an enterprise software context, or at least (4) years in financial services in an investing or IR related function.
  • A strong bias toward action. You are a leader who can independently identify what needs improving, prioritize vigilantly, and get things done.
  • Exceptional writing, with the ability to turn complex features into sharp messaging with a focus on value proposition that lands with both technical and non-technical financial audiences.
  • Strong opinions on visual design, formatting, and presenting information in a clear and appealing way.
  • Finance and private markets knowledge. You understand the culture, personalities, pain points, and structure of private capital firms and markets and know how to communicate with that audience.
  • Hands-on experience owning sales enablement, release coordination, and / or client-facing deliverables whether that is sales collateral, product announcements, roadmap updates, user guides, fundraising decks, or other enterprise software and/or finance deliverables.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools including HubSpot.
  • A positive attitude, sense of humor, and creativity.

Even if you do not meet all criteria, we would still encourage you to apply or get in touch! Chronograph offers an entrepreneurial environment where you will be able to proactively identify opportunities to develop and strengthen our team.
