About Us

We’re a fast-growing fintech on a mission to redefine how Latin America manages its finances and this is your opportunity to be a crucial part of that transformation. Join a team of top talent from the world’s leading fintech and tech companies, and help build a cross-border financial system that’s modern, accessible, and built to scale.

The Role

We are hiring DolarApp's first Product Owner dedicated to building and leading our initial credit card product launch. This role will set the standards for how we design, operate, and grow our credit offering across markets.

You’ll work closely with our founders, engineers, and external partners to build a product that is loved by users and a critical driver of our business growth. We’re not looking to build a basic credit product — we’re setting out to build a product that is world-class in user experience, credit management, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the end-to-end development and launch of DolarApp’s first unsecured credit card product.

  • Owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across product, operations, and go-to-market.

  • Partnering with issuing banks, processors, credit bureaus, and other key stakeholders to build strong, scalable integrations.

  • Tracking and optimizing the performance of the credit product, using data to guide rollout, iterate, and scale fast.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in credit or consumer lending — ideally in credit cards or unsecured lending.

  • Proven experience launching and scaling a credit card or consumer lending product.

  • Comfort working with external partners such as banks, processors, and bureaus.

  • A founder's mindset —a problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves to build from scratch.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building/launching credit builder products in LATAM

  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills

  • Experience scaling a credit product from 0 to millions of users.
