Product & Platform Partnerships Manager

New York, NY | Full-Time | In-Person

ABOUT NIURAL

At Niural, we're not just building products - we're redefining how companies operate in a new era of the internet driven by AI. We're creating truly global solutions that empower businesses to thrive in the digital economy: US Payroll, US PEO, Global Contractors, Global Employer-of-Record (EOR), Global Entity Payroll and Global Bill Pay. If you're eager to join a relentlessly ambitious team, develop tools that will influence the flow of billions of dollars, and share in the asymmetric financial rewards of building foundational internet infrastructure, come help us shape the future of work.

THE ROLE

Niural is hiring its first Product & Platform Partnerships Manager - a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of business development, product strategy, and revenue growth. You will own relationships with the ecosystem of HR tech, finance, and benefits platforms that our customers already use, turning integrations and co-sell opportunities into durable revenue channels.

This is an individual-contributor role with a clear path to building a partnerships function. You will work directly with our founders, product team, and sales leadership and be expected to move fast, think creatively, and close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue platform partnerships (HRIS, ATS, ERP, benefits, finance tools) that expand Niural's distribution and product surface area.

• Own the full partnership lifecycle - from initial outreach and product alignment through commercial negotiation, contract execution, and ongoing relationship management.

• Build co-sell and referral programs with technology partners, driving measurable pipeline and net-new revenue.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to scope integration requirements, influence the roadmap, and ensure partners can go live smoothly.

• Work with Marketing to develop joint go-to-market materials, co-branded campaigns, and partner-facing collateral.

• Define and track partnership KPIs (referral pipeline, co-sell revenue, integration adoption) and report progress to leadership.

• Represent Niural at partner QBRs, industry conferences, and external events to strengthen relationships and surface new opportunities.

• Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem, synthesizing market feedback into product and GTM recommendations.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU

• Naturally build trust with technical and business stakeholders at all levels from a product manager at a partner company to their VP of Partnerships.

• Understand how to structure deals that create mutual value, and can navigate complex commercial negotiations with confidence.

• Communicate with clarity and conviction, both in writing and in person, across internal and external audiences.

• Move quickly without losing rigor -you set deadlines, hold people accountable (including yourself), and close the loop.

• Think in systems: you connect dots across product, sales, marketing, and customer success to build programs that scale.

• Thrive in ambiguity and early-stage environments where you're often building the playbook as you go.

REQUIREMENTS

A college degree is great but not required. What matters most is the ability to do the job.

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances - ideally at a growth-stage company.

• Demonstrated track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing technology or channel partnerships that generated measurable revenue impact.

• Strong understanding of the B2B software sales motion and how partnerships intersect with direct sales, marketing, and product.

• Experience managing a pipeline of partnership opportunities and reporting on outcomes with clear metrics.

• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points

• Background in HR tech, payroll, benefits, or fintech - you understand the buyer and the ecosystem.

• Existing relationships with HRIS, ATS, or finance platform partnership teams (e.g. HiBob, BambooHR, NetSuite, Workday, other modern ERPs).

• Experience building the first partnerships function at a startup - you've written the playbook, not just followed it.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus tied to partnership revenue, OTE $140-180K+

• Equity - you're building this with us

• Top-of-line health, dental, and vision benefits

• 401(k)

• Uncapped growth - as the partnerships function scales, so does your role
