Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts, deepen relationships with CFO/COO/HR stakeholders, identify and execute upsell/cross-sell across payroll, benefits, PEO, and EOR products, run business reviews, maintain CRM and forecasts, and meet expansion revenue targets while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Work as a full-team Product Design Intern to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, support design operations, evolve the design system, assist in user research and usability testing, and learn from senior designers with potential for a full-time offer.

Own and grow platform partnerships across HR, finance, and benefits ecosystems. Manage full partnership lifecycle from outreach and deal structuring through integration scoping, co-sell programs, reporting on KPIs, and cross-functional execution with product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Own end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries: run full payroll cycles, validate calculations, manage statutory filings and reconciliations, audit ICP outputs, support new country launches, handle hires/terminations, respond to employee queries, and contribute to SOPs and system migrations.

Manage client onboarding from kickoff through go-live for payroll, PEO, EOR, contractor, and global payroll setups. Serve as primary client contact, collect and validate onboarding data, coordinate internal teams, track milestones and risks, support payroll/benefits/tax setup, document implementation details, troubleshoot setup issues, and hand off to Customer Success. Improve implementation processes and assist on related projects to ensure accurate, scalable, and timely client launches.

Support U.S. PEO tax operations by maintaining tax account data, SUTA and workers' comp rates, assisting with tax account setup, filings, reconciliations, PFML reporting, agency correspondence, and quarter/year-end processing while improving processes and providing administrative support.

Trainee role supporting group health underwriting for PEO clients: review and validate submissions, audit census data, assist with prior carrier validation, support risk assessment and pricing under senior guidance, ensure compliance and secure handling of PHI, and collaborate with sales, BenOps, and implementation teams while participating in structured training.

Lead, hire, coach, and manage an SDR team to generate and qualify pipeline for payroll, PEO, EOR, and bill-pay products. Build outbound playbooks, manage CRM and sales engagement tools, set targets, report performance, and own SDR-to-AE handoffs. Act as a player-coach participating in calls, refining messaging, and continuously optimizing outbound tactics.

Partner with C-level leadership to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, streamline processes, prepare executive and board materials, analyze market and internal data, lead fundraising/expansion efforts, represent the CEO, and foster a high-performance culture to scale a fast-growing startup.

Lead product strategy and execution for Niural's payroll, PEO/EOR, benefits, and payments platform. Build and grow a unified product and design team, prototype AI-native experiences, run customer discovery across SMB to enterprise, partner with engineering on prioritization and quality, and ensure correctness in tax, compliance, and money movement.

Manage and coach a 4–6 person Customer Success team supporting payroll, benefits, and PEO client relationships. Own team performance, client issue escalation/resolution, SLA/process adherence, cross-functional coordination, client health visibility, and scalable service improvements in a fast-moving startup environment.
