Role Description

As our Product Specialist (UX), you’ll test new features, spot bugs, and help us deliver a smooth product experience for our users. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to make sure our platform is reliable, easy to use, and meets the needs of our customers.

  • Test new features and updates before they go live, reporting bugs and usability issues.

  • Work with the product team to review requirements and designs, making sure they’re clear and testable.

  • Run manual and automated tests on web and mobile products.

  • Help improve our QA processes and documentation.

  • Give feedback on UI/UX to make sure our products are user-friendly.

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to solve problems and improve quality.

  • Track issues and follow up to make sure they’re fixed.

Requirements
  • You have a background in product management, design, UI/UX, or front-end engineering. Graduate students and entry-level candidates are welcome.

  • You’re detail-oriented and love finding ways to make products better.

  • You have basic knowledge of web or mobile development, or you’re eager to learn.

  • You’re comfortable working with design tools like Figma, and you know your way around spreadsheets.

  • You communicate clearly and work well with different teams.

  • You care about the user experience and want to help build great products.

Bonus if you have:
  • Experience working on enterprise data projects in retail or related industries.

  • Experience with product testing tools, writing test cases and tickets

  • Previously worked at a startup.
