INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- FALL INTERNSHIP will be September thru December and MAY extend into the Spring semester
- This position is hybrid so you MUST be enrolled in a college/university in the NYC metropolitan area as you will need to spend some time in our NYC office (3 Times Square)
- You must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
- Hours can vary as needed. We will work around your school schedule.
- You must be enrolled in an educational institution. You cannot have graduated already.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage a broad range of methods, while collaborating closely with Spectrum Reach's Product Strategy and Product Development teams, to conduct product, market and competitive research and generate impactful insights that drive design, development, and business decisions
- Translate needs and business requirements into tactical plans. Lead and successfully implement plans through strong collaboration and leadership
- Design and coordinate research surveys, experiments and interviews. Support the evolution and utilization of Spectrum Reach's competitive lab
- Process, clean, and analyze data. Perform statistical analyses and derive meaningful conclusions and business recommendations
- Visualize information using a variety of tools, ensuring that each output is compelling and can be easily understood
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Assess internal tooling and process optimization needs for our teams and identify opportunities to scale the impact of our research insights
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrable interest in advertising, media research and technology advancements
- Solid understanding of quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, data visualization, and relevant data tools
- Familiarity with qualitative user research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiry, task analysis) and experimental design
- Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau, SQL and Microsoft Forms experience desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; works effectively with all staff levels
- Strong project management, organization and leadership skills
- Creative problem solver with ability to take initiative and make sound judgment
