About the Role:

Taskrabbit is looking for a talented product leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Taskrabbit’s platform and tools that support and power our marketplace and partnerships businesses.  You will lead a team of platform product managers who are responsible for leading the payments, operational systems, and marketing technology roadmaps.  You will work across the business with executives and functional leaders to set strategies, plans, and goals and partner with our design, data, and engineering teams to deliver on short and long-term initiatives and outcomes.   

As part of the product leadership team, you will work closely with other Product leaders to build the Product discipline at Taskrabbit—the right candidate will be excited about contributing to the broader functional organization, both by mentoring PMs, and by helping to shape Taskrabbit’s overall processes and team culture.

What You'll Work On:

• Lead Taskrabbit’s platform product team, enabling our organization with risk, trust, and payment solutions, operational systems, data infrastructure, and marketing technology  
• Lead and inspire a team of product managers who in turn lead product development of their respective cross-functional teams of engineering, design, data, and product
• Partner with our marketplace and partnership product hubs to provide enabling capabilities in support of their roadmaps.  Lead and optimize the interaction model for cross-team initiatives and manage dependencies
• Manage and improve our portfolio of operational and trust and safety tools to improve internal efficiency and reduce platform risk and costs
• Manage our portfolio of payments solutions and services, optimizing for business outcomes as well as the end-to-end experience for client payments and tasker payouts
• Define the marketing technology strategy and roadmap to deliver on key business and client acquisition and retention goals
• Partner closely with our engineering team to develop our longer-term technical foundation strategy to achieve our longer-term goals for scale, quality, and developer productivity

Your Areas of Expertise:

• Product Expertise: You have more than 12 years experience in product management with a focus on risk, trust, and payments, operational systems, and marketing enablement
• People Leadership: You're an experienced leader with a track record of hiring, developing, and inspiring a team of talented product managers, including managers of managers
• Strategic Vision:  You possess strong business acumen and can establish and drive a strategic product vision in support of business and customer goals
• Pragmatism: You understand how how to balance business needs with longer-term improvements and technical investments
• Data-Driven and Outcome Oriented: You use use research and data to inform decisions and apply test and learn methodologies to hone your product and tune your roadmap
• Collaborative: You’re skilled at cross-functional leadership and naturally collaborate across multiple domains to motivate and drive alignment 
• Strong Communicator: You are comfortable and confident presenting to senior leadership and can craft a clear strategic narrative
