The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience building and maintaining customer experiences for product(s) on a platform based offering.  As Product Manager for the payments experience, you will be responsible for building an amazing seller & buyer experience across multiple payment products offered to our customers. This role will collaborate with a highly talented team of Product Managers to define a roadmap for several of our products and work in partnership with Product Design, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to develop new product features and evolve the existing customer experience.  You will be accountable for driving customer adoption as a part of aggressive growth targets established for the Payments domain.

An ideal candidate has a bias towards action, has demonstrated the ability to solve complex problems, and has experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the seller and buyer experiences for LeafLink’s payments products
  • Work closely with our Engineers, QAs, Designers, and other Product Managers to enhance and build LeafLink’s payments products
  • Help set ambitious product roadmaps with well reasoned justifications based on data analysis and engagement with stakeholders and customers
  • Write clear and concise product specs, user stories, process flows, and other product documentation
  • Collaborate with design team to conduct user research, create prototypes, and user interface mockups illustrating user experience and product flows

Qualifications:

  • You are inspired by LeafLink’s vision, mission, and value system and are committed to driving us towards these pursuits daily
  • 1-2 years as a Product Manager working in a high growth environment
  • Customer-centric with a proven track record of developing and acting on customer insights
  • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
  • Experience working with a high-performing team of software engineers, using agile software development practices
  • Natural collaboration and communication skills with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization
  • Prior experience payments products nice to have but not required
