T-REX seeks an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Management team and take ownership of the T-REX Performance Data Warehouse solution along with the general user experience and reporting engine of the T-REX Platform.

 Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience as a Product Manager for a B2B SaaS product with a focus on data-intensive applications

  • Experience working in an Agile environment and interfacing directly with engineering teams

  • Background in Finance

  • Strong understanding of User Experience concepts

As part of our Product Management team, you will have a strategic role in which you

will meet with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements from our platform. Based on such feedback, as well as on the insights from our Client Development team, you will drive the product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap all the way through implementation and delivery.

This position will require close collaboration with our Client Development and Data Management teams, along with our customers, to scope and define new features that align with the needs of our users and the strategy of the company. You will work with the rest of the Product and Engineering teams to ensure that these features fit and interact well with the rest of the T-REX Platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Interface directly with existing and potential clients to solicit input and feedback regarding planned and existing features

  • Drive development of products and features through close collaboration with the Client Development, Data Management and Engineering teams

  • Identify and analyze new features that would drive the adoption and usefulness of our products

  • Partner with User Experience experts to create specifications and interaction models that best suit users' needs, and facilitate their success in using the platform

  • Maintain a close relationship with the engineering teams to ensure that all requirements are clearly understood, adjusting details and scope as necessary

  • Collaborate with QA to design acceptance tests for new features

  • Create release notes and provide internal training sessions on newly shipped features

  • Work to create a plan for commercializing parts or all of our internal Performance Data Warehouse tools

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven record of product management experience for data intensive B2B and SaaS products

  • Understanding of financial concepts

  • 5+ Years of PM experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to people with varying backgrounds

  • Willingness to travel to visit customers and our engineering team in Israel
