Programmer Senior High

- Analysis, design, codin

g, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team 

- Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work 

- Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions

Senior 60 - 84 Months

Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education.

1. Minimum of 60 Months of experience performing the full System Development Life Cycle process using Oracle l0g or higher. Demonstrated experience in each of the following: 

• Business Analysis - Making the Initial Determination and Documentation of the Business Owners' Application Needs by Communicating Directly with the Business Owner.

• Designing and Creating Oracle DBMS Tables, Views, and Indexes; Coding Triggers, Packages, and/or Procedures.

• Coding and Testing the Application.

2. Minimum of 60 months of experience performing the full System, Design Life Cycle process using Microsoft Access (2007 or higher).

Demonstrated experience in each of the following:

• Technical Analysis - Determining a Design to Meet the Business Requirements; Honing Business Requirements.

• Designing and Creating Tables, Queries, Forms, Reports (in Access 2007 or higher).

• Coding VBA in Modules, Forms and Reports (in Access 2007 or higher). 

3. Minimum of 60 months of experience performing the full System Development Life Cycle process using JAVA Web Development. Demonstrated experience in each of the following:

• Technical Analysis - Determining a Design to Meet the Business Requirements; Honing Business Requirements.

• Java Designing and Coding Applications.

• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Designing and Creating Web Pages.
