About the role

The Program Capacity Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for carrier and reinsurance capacity across Mission programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure capacity planning is aligned with organizational objectives.

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support for program capacity initiatives, including tracking activities, maintaining records, and assisting with capacity-related projects.
  • Support carrier and reinsurance relationships, including coordinating communications, meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and setup activities for new carrier and reinsurance relationships.
  • Support the identification and tracking of carrier and reinsurance opportunities.
  • Prepare carrier and reinsurer reports, submissions, and audit-support documentation.
  • Coordinate carrier and reinsurer visits, meetings, and related materials.
  • Organize conference and event logistics, schedules, and attendee communications.
  • Support capacity-related initiatives by coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and assisting with implementation activities.
  • Coordinate with growth and strategy team to gather information, support capacity-related projects, and assist with implementation of approved processes.
  • Conduct research and compile information on market conditions, carrier activity, and industry trends.
  • Maintain communications and supporting documentation related to regulatory agencies and industry associations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support communication and distribution of program-related materials.
  • Maintain and update processes, procedures, and tracking tools to support efficient program administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, capacity planning support, business development support, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the year.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry and regulatory environment.
  • Working knowledge of Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with policy administration systems like Guidewire, Duckcreek, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of insurance-related regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to research, compile, and organize information related to market activity and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Working Conditions:

  • Requires a quiet work environment with regular sitting at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Regular use of hands and fingers.
  • Frequent talking or hearing.
  • Vision requirements: Close, distance, color, peripheral, focus and depth perception.


Additional Information
This is a remote position. Planned, in-office activities may be required on occasion (typically 2-4x per year).

You must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States without requirement of employment sponsorship/visa.
