ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to partner closely with our SVP of Corporate Operations, CEO and Leadership Team to help ensure RADAR’s strategic initiatives are successfully operationalized and delivered. This role will bring discipline, clarity, and structure to our Leadership Team and business operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team and CEO to define, plan, and align on annual strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Establish and maintain a structured meeting cadence (Leadership Team meetings, monthly business reviews, project status updates) to monitor progress against strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Translate company strategy into project plans, deliverables, responsibilities, and, in partnership with the Finance Team resource allocation plans.
  • Introduce and standardize project/program management processes, tools, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and drive accountability across teams.
  • Serve as a central cross-functional coordinator working across engineering, product, operations, sales, and other business functions to drive alignment and execution.
  • Coach business leaders and designated project owners on best-practices in project planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting.
  • Maintain visibility into program level risks, interdependencies, resource constraints -  proactively flagging issues and recommending mitigation or course correction.
  • Promote continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency, predictability, and cross-team collaboration.
ABOUT YOURequired:
  • 7+ years of program management experience in technology and/or high-growth startup environments, with proven success leading cross-functional programs in complex, integrated hardware–software businesses
  • You have demonstrated success managing multiple, interrelated projects or strategic initiatives — driving them from planning through execution to completion with measurable outcomes.
  • You have strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the “big picture” while managing details and execution.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and are able to engage with senior leadership, business leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • You have familiarity with program/project management tools and methodologies
  • You bring strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence—able to align diverse stakeholders, communicate clearly, and make sound, high-velocity tradeoff decisions in a resource-constrained startup environment
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving start-up growth environment and able to lead change across functions.
Preferred:
  • You have prior experience in retail technology. 
  • You have a certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP or equivalent).
  • You have experience coaching or training non-PM business leaders to adopt project management best practices
  • You have experience in resource planning, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination in small to medium sized teams.

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors,  including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan,  flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
